Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 DAYS of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
* Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unwashed
* All original tags must remain attached
* Original packaging must be included
* Security tags and brand tags must remain in their original position
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
* Cash refunds are available within 10 days
* If the customer cannot be reached within 10 days, the refund will be issued as a store voucher instead
* After this period, cash refunds will no longer be available
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours . We will arrange the return and process a full refund after review.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:
* Product unavailability
* Pricing errors
* Payment authorization issues
* Suspected fraudulent activity
* Incomplete customer information
We may request additional verification such as phone number, address, or payment confirmation before processing your order.
If payment is made by credit or debit card, we reserve the right to verify your payment details before confirming your order.

We aim to provide accurate pricing at all times; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of incorrect pricing, SARA ELEMARY reserves the right to cancel the order or contact you with updated information before processing.
