Shipping Fees

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, shipment weight, and order type. Cash on Delivery (COD) fees apply only to shipments within Egypt.

Partial Deliveries

Order Cancellation

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• All original tags must remain attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Security tags and brand tags must remain in their original position

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Cash refunds are available within 10 days
• If the customer cannot be reached within 10 days, the refund will be issued as a store voucher instead
• After this period, cash refunds will no longer be available
